linux.dell.com-- The Dell Linux Community Web. I run this site in an effort to help users of Dell equipment utilize Linux in whatever manner they choose. Don't miss the Dell Linux Blog. www.torrentocracy.com-- Torrentocracy = RSS + Bit Torrent + your TV. This is a project I maintain which allows you to join and download bit torrents from your TV (it's a plugin for MythTV). Resolving Device Renaming Issues in Linux-- This is a paper I wrote for Dell's Power Solutions Magazine to describe the devlabel software that I developed. More info on devlabel is also in my Linux section. As well, I wrote an earlier paper about saferawdevices which was the predecessor to devlabel. Exploring Dynamic Kernel Module Support-- This paper I wrote appeared in the September 2003 edition of Linux Journal and discusses the particulars and details of DKMS. For more information on DKMS, check my Linux section. Simplifying Linux Management with Dynamic Kernel Module Support-- This paper focuses on using DKMS from the system adminstrators perspective. The general information is a bit more up-to-date than the above LJ article. It's co-authored by Matt Domsch. |
